Szybko ukazała się nowa wersja emulatora WinUAE

(Not compatible with fastest possible CPU modes but planned in future) - Experimental rawinput joystick/joypad support. (-rawhid command line parameter) Added because DirectInput is said to introduce some extra input lag. Updates: - Real cause for Max Transfer IDE problem found. IDE emulation detects and logs it now. (*) - CD image audio buffer increased slightly, some systems had glitches in CD audio. - Non-configured joystick/mouse autoswitch update: short firebutton press or move left = insert into joystick port, longer press or move right = insert into mouse port. - Add Harddrive option does not require Administrator privileges anymore, most removable drives can be used without higher privileges, at least under Windows 7. Bug fixes: - IDE emulation write hang introduced in 2.3.2. - A590/A2091 emulation crash if CPU was 68020+. - On the fly CD switching (both images and real CDs) reliability improved. - Direct3D blank screen problem is now 100% fixed. Really. - win32.hardfile_path didn't work. - On the fly resolution change didn't work correctly, resolution autoswitch improved. - Key or joystick button mapped to mouse direction didn't work. - Analog stick mapped to mouse had too fast and unstable speed. *) Max Transfer problem was introduced with ATA v2 specification. ROM built-in IDE driver assume ATA v1 behavior, some drives are compatible with ATA v1, some are not and will require Max Transfer fix. It is NOT a drive bug.

Każde nowe zmiany cieszą w tym projekcie

- added "statefile_name" configuration file entry, sets default statefile name (normally "default.uss") - fixed jittery raw mouse movement - resolution autoswitch should now work correctly, no more strange centering without autoscale. - analog stick mapped as a mouse had wrong and unstable speed - rarely used configuration entries were only supposed to be written if they had non-default value. re-saving configuration will reduce size of most config files. Older bug. - "Integer scaling" visible in GUI (AF specific feature originally), selects biggest integer scaling ratio that still fits on screen - "VSync (new)" renamed to "Low latency VSync" - Input panel configuration #1-#3 can be renamed by manually editing config file (input.x.name=name) - GUI allows FPU in cycle exact modes. Not much point but if you really want to enable it..

Amiga Eastern Meeting to kameralne spotkanie fanów komputerów 8 i 16 bitowych oraz nawiązanie do tradycji amigowej demosceny. To także możliwość powrotu do przeszłości poprzez zabawę z Amigami, często w konfiguracjach znacząco odbiegających od fabrycznych, a także szansa na zapoznanie się z systemami postamigowymi (AmigaOS4, MorphOS). W ramach Zlotu przewidziany jest m. in. wieczorny pokaz najnowszych produkcji z amigowej demosceny, wspólny grill, stół do ping-ponga, a zmęczenie można ukoić kąpielą w jeziorze.
potkanie odbędzie się w dniach 16 - 17 lipca (rozpocznie się w południe i zakończy następnego dnia rano), na terenie ośrodka wczasowego Relax nad Jeziorem Białym w Okunince k. Włodawy. Wpisowe na spotkanie wynosi 20 zł, ze szczegółami zapoznać się można na stronie Amiga Eastern Meeting.

Ostateczna wersja WinUAE 2.3.2 z ważniejszych zmian to użycie AROS ROM jako zamiennika gdy kick.rom nie zostanie znaleziony.

Jak zapewne zauważyliście przez ostatni czas strona nie była dostępna z powodu włamania do naszej bazy danych. Sytuacja została jednak opanowana i od teraz wszystko powinno już działać w jak najlepszym porządku.

Toni Wilen zamilkł na dość długo z nowymi odsłonami WinUAE
ale nowa beta może zwiastować szybszy powrót Toniego do prac z tym emulatorem (obecnie jest zajęty zrobieniem zamiennika kickstartu http://www.power2people.org/projects/profile/6)

Po baaardzo długiej przerwie Worfje reanimował emulator WINFELLOW (kiedyś mój ulubiony z powodu prostoty). Zmian niewiele ale zawsze coś.
